All the dishes offered by L’Antica are the result of the passion for cooking of the chefs, who put themselves to the test by innovating and creating the highest quality dishes every time.
The ingredients used to cook the courses are of the highest quality and selected according to seasonality. Each dish is served with the guarantee of the highest gastronomic level.

Some of the dishes in the menu are produced directly in the restaurant’s kitchens, using fresh, seasonal and possibly local sources to guarantee the best food-experience for its customers.

Appetizers

The owners also produce cured meats: in the hors d’oeuvres section de La Carte you can find some unique delicacies.
Wild boar salami, pork loin with herbs, sweet bacon and, soon, venison salami… all worth trying!

First courses

Here, all the fresh pasta on the menu is hand-made: every day, individual portions are diligently prepared to be transformed into culinary excellence with a unique and unforgettable flavour.

Main courses

Among the second courses on offer, meat dishes cooked over the embers of the open fireplace are obviously worthy of attention. Various breeds and cuts of meat are available from Italy and Europe.
In the hanging cell, located at the entrance to the restaurant and in view of the main room, there are T-bone steaks of various breeds with over 50 days of age.
The opportunity to choose the size that best satisfies the customer’s needs and to taste the meat by combining it with quality oils and salts is a grace only allowed at the l’Antica restaurant.
But we have more than just meat!

Side dishes

To accompany our dishes (hors d’oeuvres, first dishes, second courses of meat and/or fish) we offer side dishes with highly selected ingredients. Grilled vegetables, steamed vegetables, salads and much more.

As the saying goes… ‘Dulcis in fundo’, our selection of desserts cannot be missed.
Every day we offer different desserts: asking our waiters for advice on the most suitable dessert for your palate is a must!
